Community overview.
The Glen Isle Estates neighborhood governs itself with a homeowner’s association. This organization is the Glen Isle Improvement Association, Inc. and is a Maryland state registered corporation. Most, but not all, homes you see after heading over the first speed hump entering the neighborhood belong to the HOA. Yet there are about 13-15 homes that are not governed by the HOA by-laws, rules, and fees.
Current HOA fees are $500 per year for each property. Real property owners who have paid their annual fees and are in good standing, can rent the clubhouse, utilize the boat ramp, boat slips, and beach areas. And the fantastic community clubhouse is a great location for tons of events, both private for the family, and several hosted for the whole community.
The community offers an active calendar of events for families, children, and adults to enjoy. There’s an annual Chili Cook-Off, a community-wide Yard Sale, parties at the beach, July 4th parade and activities, holiday celebrations and much more. Only GIIA members can rent the clubhouse.
All new owners can check out this site for documents needed and check the calendar for upcoming events. Make sure you send us your e-mail address so we can get you on the distribution list for info, updates, and newsletters.
